Game consoles are what we do. Modern and retro, handheld and home: HDMI ports, disc and optical drives, fans and thermals, stick drift, dead boards, the works.
We also do the stuff other shops won't touch: board-level microsoldering, motherboard diagnosis, console modding and custom firmware, and vintage restoration.

If we can’t fix it, you pay nothing. We don’t think you should pay for failure.
Most shops swap parts. A port fails, they order the sub-board it’s attached to and put the new one in. When there’s no part to order, the answer is that it can’t be fixed.
Board level means working on the motherboard itself. Lifting a dead HDMI port off with hot air and soldering a new one down, chasing a shorted rail with a meter to find which component is pulling it low, repairing traces that a leaking capacitor ate through, replacing a power management chip the size of a grain of rice.
That’s why a console someone else called unfixable is usually still fixable here, and it’s the reason to bring us the weird ones.

Normal turnaround is 1 to 3 days, not counting weekends. If you need it back the same day, ask for it up front and there’s a $20 premium on top.
