due to EXTREMELY high traffic, I am switching exclusively to appointment only, if you want to set an appointment please call or text (yes, my number is text-able!) and make an appointment! i want to keep the prices low for people who need an affordable high quality service but i am currently drowning in workload because of expected turnaround time, everybody looking out for me and my health has told me i am too cheap, i don’t really care to be honest i will die behind these prices and i’m keeping my prices at the floor, i want to make sure there is always an affordable high quality service available to people and i hope i can be that.
the tradeoff will be time for completion which i hope is fair. the new policy will be that same day repairs will have a $20 premium attached and will only be done if specifically asked for, otherwise expect the turnaround to be 1-3 days not counting weekends. if your device is not applicable for same day repair due to unforeseen circumstances the fee will be waived. if you are not able to pick up the device the same day THE FEE WILL NOT BE WAIVED (working on your device the same day takes real time away from other customers, i’m sorry i know it’s a bit brutal, if it’s a genuine life thing... feel free to talk to me and we can work it out)
In other news i cannot accept miscellaneous gear repairs anymore as they are extremely distracting to my main specialization, so i’m sorry but no more weird remote controls or dishwasher boards or sprinkler timers or anything like that, they take an insane amount of time from paying game console customers, and i owe it to them to be fully focused on their work
sorry for the rant but i just want to say thank you so much to everyone who has come in and left such kind reviews, i really love this and i’m really going to keep it cheap and honest for the people of reno, if there are price increases it will only ever be on premiums, i am going to try my absolute hardest to make sure the floor doesn’t move on fundamental common jobs, i owe it to you guys, i’m here for the people :)

Game consoles are what we do. Modern and retro, handheld and home: HDMI ports, disc and optical drives, fans and thermals, stick drift, dead boards, the works.
We also do the stuff other shops won't touch: board-level microsoldering, motherboard diagnosis, console modding and custom firmware, and vintage restoration.
Laptops and PCs are welcome too. Consoles are our specialty and where we do our best work, so if you've got something else, give us a call and let us know what you're working with.
Bring it in. We'll tell you exactly what's wrong and what it'll cost. No charge for that.
You approve the price before we touch anything. No surprises, no hidden fees.
If we can't fix it, you pay nothing. We don't think you should pay for failure.
We only charge diagnostic fees for mail-in repair services, since mailing, tracking, troubleshooting, and quoting is time-consuming through the mail. We try to keep the fee flat and cheap, and we eat any extra shipping cost unless it's unreasonable ($30+).
